On my way back from Tortugerro to Puerto Viejo in Costa Rica's south-east, I stopped off in Cahuita for a few days, to get to know the smaller, quieter village a little, and to spend a day in the National Park that I'd heard so much about. The park is flat and nearly all of the walking tracks hug the coast, if you're not on the beautiful beach, you can usually catch a glimpse of it through the rainforest. There are so many monkeys, mostly scallywag white-faced ones who are far too familiar with tourists, racoons, sloths, birds galore... and of course butterflies. Costa Rica has far more than its fair share of spectacular butterflies, and so many of them can be found in Cahuita. My personal fave is the Blue Morpho... but all are worthy of admiration.
All prints are produced from high quality scans that use embedded colour profiles to ensure that the print colours are as true as possible to the original artwork. The prints are archival quality, using the giclee printing process on 310gsm cotton rag paper that is acid-free and lignin-free.
Please note that colours may vary from what you see on your screen or computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every screen or monitor has a different capability to display colours and that we all see these colours differently.
