One of the three local haunts on Playa Chino, the town beach of Puerto Viejo. So many familiar faces. A tiny little place really, with lots of random, colourful artwork, a floor that moves as if it were at sea, great food and a range of hot, fruity and alcoholic beverages to enjoy whilst watching the sunset... or just gazing out over the Caribbean. Strongly recommend the fish tacos.
A buddha statue sits calmly in the bar, overseeing the goings-on. During the pandemic he wore a superman mask, which explains what you see in this mandala! There's a framed 'photo' of a sloth in a period blower hat and suit that graces one of the shelves... the other 3 sloth characters are inventions of my imagination, to suit the local vibe...
All prints are produced from high quality scans that use embedded colour profiles to ensure that the print colours are as true as possible to the original artwork. The prints are archival quality, using the giclee printing process on 310gsm cotton rag paper that is acid-free and lignin-free.
Please note that colours may vary from what you see on your screen or computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every screen or monitor has a different capability to display colours and that we all see these colours differently.
