The Hatter and the Hare Cafe in Melbourne's outer suburb of Bayswater must be one of the best cafe experiences you'll find. It has an outstanding menu of breakfasts and lunches, a cabinet full of the most ridiculous looking desserts, and the interior decoration isn't just next level, it's another dimension... and they keep it fresh too, changing it up every few months. As much a tumble down a rabbit-hole as you could hope for.
This drawing is a bit of a time-piece of the cafe as it was in early 2022. I think they've just changed the decorations again, so I'm definitely looking forward to the next visit!
